Artwork Description
The work arises from the observation of traces and marks that time deposits in limestone layers, revealing fragments of collective memory. Inspired by popular architecture, the modules abstract the intersection between house and street, spaces where everyday life is constructed. Limekilns invites us to discover a 'hidden city,' a sensitive dimension of urban life that, between the visible and the unnoticed, speaks of identity, memory and transformation.
