The text, carved in bas-relief on an adobe wall, is accompanied by a red mineral background that symbolizes the memory of violence and social struggles in Colombia. The artistic intervention, inspired by Pablo Neruda's poem 'Comuneros del Socorro 1781', evokes the historical events of the communard uprising as a prelude to independence.
